... went on a crap cabbage soup diet this week! All that effort and I only lost 1kg. Not cool.
... will rather exercise 4 hours everyday instead of watching what I eat. I love food too much!
... am really happy and relieved that Nelson Mandela has been discharged from Milpark Hospital. He is receiving home-based care and doing fine.

Wish I was going to Met, you better have a great time as you usually do...also glad that Mandela is out of that stupid hospital, my aunt was there and the nurses were crap....
