My photo shoot with Robert Miller - lingerie photos!

On Women's Day I went for a photo shoot with the wonderful Robert Miller and I shared my behind the scenes stuff with you. Though I haven't received all the final images, here are some of what he's sent me, which I simply had to share. I am so in love with the results!

Pink lingerie by Kangol

Blue bling lingerie also from Kangol

My favourite photo so far! Shoes from Aldo

Black lace lingerie from Temptations and shoes from Luella

If I could have something like an official photographer, he would be it.
More to come, so come back real soon. What do you think?

Robert Miller Photo Shoot - Behind the scenes!

I spent my Women's Day in a really sexy and unique way! Yesterday was the photo shoot I've been telling everyone about and boy did I have fun. I was very very shy in the beginning, but after two bottles of champagne and loads of pep-talking from Robert, I loosened up. I definitely take my hat off to models who do this everyday, because posing is really hard work. I was taught how every move and pose has to be exaggerated - pushing out my ass and squeezing it tight, standing on my toes, pulling in my stomach, relaxing my shoulders and trying to look gorgeous - while balancing on a wooden block wearing high heels. As soon as I felt uncomfortable, that's when I knew I was doing the right pose!

I have done a few photo shoots in my life, but this one tops them all. By far! It started off with me wearing a playboy bunny suit, which just about covered the bits. Those were for the NoMU poster. Then we switched over to some lingerie shots and by then I was completely comfortable.

Robert Miller took really great care of me and, as always, his photos came out great! My make-up was done by Diane Bessesen and the stylist was Zelda Minnaar. Great ladies and so much fun to work with. Diane did such a great job with my hair and make-up, and I'm usually extremely fussy about this. Zelda made sure I looked great, helped me get dressed, fixed my hair when needed, wrapped me in a blanket during breaks and even topped up my champagne!

Here are some behind-the-scenes pictures...

Robert showing me some of the pictures. Judging by his body language, he seemed pleased.

Yup, we're definitely pleased!

Taking a quick break!

I found this hat in the dressing room. And that's NOT a slanket I'm wearing!

Hard at work!

The final result!
It was such a great experience and I really wish I get to do this more often! Really!! Visit my blog again real soon to see the lingerie shots. I've received two photos so far and I absolutely LOVE it. I can't wait to share it with you.

Nothing cheers me up like JUICY lingerie shopping!

Just like any girl out there, I love feeling sexy and one way to do it is by wearing sexy lingerie! I decided that it was time I stop feeling sorry for myself (being single sucks if you're still in stage 1) and get some retail therapy. And it worked.

These are also the lingerie I've chosen for my shoot with Robert Miller which takes place in the next 2 days! We're actually doing the shoot for the NoMU poster campaign (for which I will be wearing a playboy bunny suit), but we've decided to do lingerie too, just for fun! Heck, I'm only young once.  Lingerie by Kangol and Temptations.
Visit my blog real soon to read all about the behind-the-scenes stuff! I will take as many pictures as possible. After the shoot, I shall be rewarding myself with the biggest and most calorie-filled pizza money can buy!

My Juicy World – another sneak-peak of what’s in store!

Last week I dropped a few hints of what I’m planning and all my tweets were about this unknown, yet super exciting, news! Today I thought I’d give you some more clues, because, as my followers, you deserve to know first! You, and only you, will basically be with me on my journey and get to see and hear everything first!

So the big ‘campaign’ (that’s a clue too) is taking place in the next week or two. It involves Robert Miller (and you all know how I love to brag about his work), Vanessa Haywood (SA model and actress from District 9), Samantha Laura Kaye (the great make-up artist who has worked on this type of project before) and the NoMU Brand (yes, the NoMU that is taking over my spices cupboard). Another hint: Seth from 2Oceans Vibe Radio, Alex van Tonder (Cape Town Girl) and Vicky Sleet (from I Want That) have all done this before.

Needless to say, I’m super excited to work with all these amazingly talented people! This will be my first PROPER (meaning, professional) photo shoot (hey, another hint!) and, who knows, this might be the start of big things for me. I will definitely share the behind-the-scenes and pretty stuff with you.

Ok, I'm off to plan my outfit for the 2OceansVibe Radio launch! I will definitely post pictures about this for you too.

Fabulous Find!

I have come across another Fabulous Find, with the emphasis on fabulous!

I've always been fascinated with photographers, but there's a certain photographer who I have the biggest respect for and who I would love to work with one day! I introduce to you Robert Miller Photography or 'Panascape' as I've come to know him. He really isn't your average landscape or boring wedding photographer, and I can't tell you enough how talented he is.

Ladies and gents, please do yourself a favour and go visit his website. I visit his website often and spend hours browsing his photos and reading his blog. He's worked with all my favourites like Richard Hardiman, Cape Town Girl and Seth Rotherham, just to name a few.

Robert, if you're reading this, give yourself a nice pat on the back - you're not only cool, nice and hot, but also a genius.
